Pokemon White Playthrough Part 19 - Health and safety for gyms

I must ask, who's bright idea was it to base a gym in a hole so deep? I mean hell, if you insist on being inside such a deep hole, at least give me a SAFE method of getting to the bottom. I have to walk along steel bars with absulutely no barriers preventing me from falling! People could die in this gym!

Although, I'm pretty sure the drop in that gym is a lot smaller than the drop in this one.
