Skyrim - Blood On The Ice not starting / back door solution

I figured out how to make the body appear in the Blood On The Ice quest, I spent a lot of time finding out what triggers it and I hope this video helps you all.

thank you! It's the fact that it was the *back* gate that was hanging me up. I went in and out the front one half a dozen times with no success, watched your video and used the back gate, worked first time.

i did this then i waited a little bit until it was night but the body is never there. so i go to the candlehearth hall and Susana The Wicked is still alive and cooking. How do i fix this
