We know that's Donald Fagen; hobocakes was merely pointing out that this was from last summer's tour of Steely Dan With Mike McDonald.

They played the first minute or so of this song at the St. Louis show....then abruptly stopped. After a few seconds, Fagen said "aw, you didn't want to hear that one anyway!" Turns out some of the band had the wrong setlist and weren't ready to play it. Jeeezzzz....
