Ticket ID 11GBD270000208 Region Wales UK. Its now the 15th of September and I still have not had a replacment phone!! I have just spoken to someone at the call center and they told me that a request for a replacment phone was sent straight away last week, the repair center have not got back to them yet and they are chasing it up now. Its as been nearly 3.5 months without a phone. They tell me now it should be next week!! I'm just being messed arouind.

this phone sucks. just trying 2 save u guys some money. it does seed really cool at first but the battery is horrible and half the time people call me my phone dont ring or even notify me that someone had just called

bullshit, this company doesn't directly support their phones. You have to buy thru a dealer or else there's no warranty support.
