Bay Area Backstage Catcus Club -SkinLab -Metal Dance Fight

This was the Press Info regarding the TV Cactus Club Documentary
Hello Backstage Crew,
Yesterday we were looking through some of my Brothers Video Reels and we found a bunch of different Amazing Shows.

Live from the Cactus Club Downtown San Jose.
And a bag with about 50 tapes we need to look through.
There is a Cactus Club documentary in the works.
I wish them luck on their Documentary.
We were as much a part of that scene as any of the folks stated in that film.
R2cents shot on location many of the shows that hit the now Defunct Club.
We are working on a Rocumentary where the Bands do all the talking through their performances.
We have put together a couple of songs from some amazing bands to start off the Bay Area Backstage Cactus Rockumentary.
To air in June on Bay Area Backstage TV .

Because everybody is feeling all nostalgic about the Cactus.
We will present some footage from inside the club,Backstage at the club, Infront of the Club with ladies showing off tattoos and flashing their goods.We have a different perspective than the other crews .Our story is about the music ,minus the hype and sewing circle style Circle Jerk.

5606 rocks the Cactus even then Erok commanded the Stage its a good look back at the upstart band.

Dick Dale -King of Surf rips the Cactus like the old Alpha Beta South in the Almaden area.

Ins -Brutal Performances amazing sets from the Home of Insolence they Ran the Frickin joint .Cactus was theirs Bar None.

Sworn Enemy- New York Hardcore hits San Jose Hard with this crushing ,Bass thumping performance.First time Performance in Cali.

MoodFry- The Band was Pop Punk before the Millions came in for that kind of music.They were a tight Punky outfit with chops that could hook any music fan.

ZBS- The Band was powerful and had some wild shows at the Cactus.

Darque Carnival-Rocked the House and Brought the Carny to the Cactus.Metal and 4 Sexy lady dancers make this show a ratings juggernaut.

Salmon- Funky Mo Fos were always a kick live.They were a dam good Band .

Roberto Duran -Cinco De Mayo=The Man hit the club with words that were accentuated by a band of East Side musicians .
Political,Dangerous, A Grito from San Jose's own poet activist.

This is just the beginning I still have some PRoach,Clutch,Shovel and many other tapes and bands to review.
