  • @cjchouma27 ya, my friend but there is a part of pain that we can embrace and allow it to make us the kind of person who loves much!

  • My uncle chose to play this song at his funeral. He passed away 10 years ago from cancer at 28. He was my favorite uncle and he we always be missed by me

  • She told me the songs her brother said he wanted played at his funeral, she said it was "something about a mountain". I didn't know what song she was talking about, but hoped it would be many years before she'd hear it played at his funeral. I heard this song less than one year later. Personal demons became too great a battle. He left behind his only son, his fiancee and his family. They miss him daily.

  • i remember my dad everytime i hear this song. he has been in heaven almost 15 years now and i heard this song coming home from his funeral. It gave me peace of mind and hope to see him again one day,

  • Me dearest and sweetest Mother comes to my mind every time I hear this song. She was a special woman of God, loved by all who knew her, and was a blessing to many throughout her life of 89 years. She was my Mother, My Best Friend, My hero, my advisor. I will meet her in heaven when I die, just inside the Eastern Gate, along with all of my saved loved ones who have passed on. Thank you Lord for your promises.

  • We had this special song played at my youngest brothers funeral 6 long and miserable lonesome years ago..I still cry each time I listen to it..Without a doubt the most beautiful song ever..I still remeber my brother, Jon and I listening to Vince Gill casettes while painting our mothers living room!! Vince Gill you are truly THE BEST!!!

  • This is gorgeous. I listen to the words and the music bleeds into the words and I go over and over it like that. It is sad but joyous in Christ. God bless you for singing this out of your brokenness.
