Skyrim: One-Shotting an Ancient Dragon with a Bow (700 Base Damage) on Master Difficulty

The bow has 700 base damage, before any potions.

No console commands or external programs were used to achieve this gear. Was some glitch exploitation involved? Yes. As described in the video, you can wear a Falmer Helmet and a circlet at the same time. If you're not ok with that, then don't do it.

How to:

1) Get 100 skill level in smithing, enchanting, alchemy, and archery.

2) Make sure you have the following perks:
Smithing: Daedric Smithing
Enchanting: Enchanter 5/5, Insightful Enchanter
Alchemy: Alchemist 5/5, Benefactor
Archery: Overdraw 5/5

3) Enchant a Falmer Helmet, a circlet, gloves, a ring, and a necklace with Fortify Alchemy (it will be +25%)

4) Wear that gear and craft a Fortify Enchanting potion.

5) Drink the potion, then enchant a new set of alchemy gear. It will then have a higher percentage than the last.

6) Keep doing that until you get +29% on your alchemy gear (that's the highest it will go).

7) Make some Fortify Enchanting, Fortify Smithing, and Fortify Marksman potions. The percentages on those should be 37%, 147%, and 147% respectively.

8) Drink an enchanting potion and enchant a chestpiece, gloves, a ring, and a necklace with Fortify Smithing (+29%).

9) Wear the smithing gear, drink a smithing potion, and improve a Daedric Bow at a grindstone.

10) Drink another enchanting potion and enchant a Falmer Helmet, a circlet, gloves, a ring, and a necklace with Fortify Archery (should come out to 48% on each piece).

11) Wear that gear. It should now show 700 base damage on your bow. Find a dragon, go into sneak mode, drink a Fortify Marksman potion, and one-shot it.

I'm sorry but...wow, there are some incredibly dim posts in here.

1) It's not modded. There are step by step instructions for recreating it in the description, for fuck's sake.

2) Stop asking questions that anyone who has played the game longer than a day or two would know.

My bow does 100 base damage and 30 fire damage but it still takes over 10 shots to kill an ancient dragon :/

1. It isn't hacking, you can do this on 360/PS3, too.

2. You didn't absorb the soul because you recently did a quest involving that place on the map (Dragon Bounty), intentional, prevents farming Dragon Souls... because they're so hard to get amirite
