hey proteus220 did you by any chance install one of those throttle controls on the car? Maybe its messing with the second stage of your intake forcing it to activate all the time instead of when your car passes 3500 rpm like it would normally do, then it probably goes back to the first stage when you shut the car off. Just a thought.
