For some reason it looks like my first comment didn't save. In it I concede that this is not an exact comparison, more it is one that I am surprised hasn't been made with all the references to Lincoln, Jackson, Jefferson, and everyone else with a monument. The basic seeds of comparison are there and in this media climate the overall validity becomes irrelevent.

Maybe should watch the vids again, put down your tofu sprout sandwich, and pay more attention!

Like what Biden says about McCain is fact. It's his newly formed opinion of McCain now that he is the VP attack dog...
My point about Rove is that who the hell cares what he says? And how would that matter about the election? Rove isn't running for anything. Ha! I think it's hilarious that I haven't refuted your points when in EACH of my video responses, I am careful at refute and answer your specific final questions.

MORE:
2) Karl Rove's point (to which you again did not even attempt to respond, instead just drowning out the audio) that Obama's VP pick was a GOVERNING choice rather than a POLITICAL choice, a point made even more salient by McCain's Palin pick
I'm not sure why you would make a video response claiming my video "makes no sense" then fail to even address, never mind refute, the main points in my video, but, still,
thx 4 the video response :-)

This video response fails to respond to the main points in my video that:
1) The last 18 months of the campaign have shown Obama to be a pragmatic centrist while, even McCain's longtime friend, Sen. Joe Biden, had to admit that McCain "gave in to the right wing of his party and yielded to the very swift boat politics he deplored" (you did not even attempt to respond to Biden's point, instead just cutting that part out) and

In this term, he called out President James K. Polk and the presented causes for a war with Mexico. In what became known as "The Spot Resolution", Lincoln saw through the propoganda and made the unpopular decision to go against the war. Seems somewhat eerie doesn't it? A Junior member of Congress chosing against a war based on the evidence provided...*sidenote* Barack Obama is no Abraham Lincoln (or biblical Abraham), just something to think about.

Not a very sound comparison. It wasn't like Lincoln was some lone figure opposing the war. There was plenty of opposition that saw the war as a territory grab and opportunity to advance slavery. And ofcourse it was Lincoln who later as president went to war without the consent of congress at Ft. Sumter...Ultimately, the justification for the liberation of Iraq will prove Obama wrong. It may take years, but the ripple effect of Iraq as a free nation will change the region, if no the world.
