This is for a bit of fun. Form felt ok, but I know it suffered as fatigue set in. I wanted to give up at 6 reps (that's all I thought I'd do), but I managed another 6 reps on top :) Considering my 1RM is about 100kg right now (down from a few months back), 12 reps at say 80-85% of a 1RM, ain't too bad!
I am annoyed that I should've used 90kg, and a little puzzled at the weight gain ... must be all the heavy squats, dips, pull ups, glute bridges and a few extra calories = muscle?? I hope!
