  • So well explained. Thank you Alia.

  • @hellophoenix your missing the point..

  • Alia, thank you for this video. I am glad to see you are making people aware of the Dairy products by telling them the truth. When I used to eat cheese every night and drink milk all the time. I had really bad heartburn and diharrea, acne, and ear infections. Now that I dont eat dairy products, i feel way better and dont have those problems at all anymore!. My cardio is 4 times better as well. Now that i have this knowledge, i now question all assumptions. Thank you for this video beautiful :)

  • Here in the US, I only buy organic milk. Do you have organic milk in Bahrain?

  • I appreciate Alia's intelligent and thoughtful delivery. I am a huge carnivore/dairy fan doing a 10-day experimental no-dairy/fish-only/live foods diet experiment on myself. I have to say that having no phlegm when working out after only a week of no dairy I must say is nice and quite an eye-opener for me personally. Don't know if I can cut out soft-serve hot fudge sundaes or mozzarella cheese or alfredo sauce for life, but I'm probably going to be minimizing dairy intake from here on out.
