I believe the ability to focus or concentrate, suffers from degeneration.
Because of all these media generated impulses fired at us, we tend to lose track and find ourselves lost in this gigantic wood of bits & bites.
Still I believe that we have the matter in our own hands. By the practicing to focus, whether it's by meditation or sports, or simply focusing on your diner with the TV turned off we are learning to leave certain things as they are.

I'm no Guru, I've just as many doubts as you. But this I feel is true..
