These are Glencos because of the bullet shape and the flushing style. American Standard made 3 wall hung toilets, the Afwall, Instanto, and Glenco. Afwalls are still made today however Glencos are long retired. These Glencos are from the early 1960s. It is interesting to see the differences between the toilets, especially in the flush. Also, note the sink that says American Standard on it. I haven't seen many of those around.

  • Toilets #2, #3 and #4 retain their original '60s Sloan Royal valves, whereas toilets #1 and #5 each got newer Sloan Royal units sometime during the '70s, '80s or '90s.

  • It is good that you spotted that. I can see that some flush differently than others and the valves look different also.

  • Toilet 2 seems to have a much shorter flush. Also, did you notice that the logos were in different colors? Some were gray and some black.

  • The part about what wall hung toilets american standard made are The priolo the glenco the instanto & the afwall

  • Some A-S Glencos with attitude! Nice video!

  • Yeah, sort of, although I think the lighter hues of the Standard names on some of these are probably faded black or blue.

  • I hardly ever see Glencos! I don't think as many were made as the Afwalls. Instantos are also pretty rare.
