the sound of this video made me vomit....twice.

It is proper procedure to scrub the tyres, (carefully calculated flip flops), on any new bike during the predelivery test ride. Extreme negligence not to inform the owner of this and state that they may require a further 5% remainder of maximum lean angle to be considered properly scrubbed and safe. Its fun to get them over on first test rides but you don't throw it down the road of course! :D

the put wax on the tires to prevent it from drying out during storage, always do a burnout or at least scrub a new tire with degreaser and a steel wool to get out the wax before hitting the twisties

looks like a new bike and the tires were probably still slick from factory. happens quite often with riders whom buy nice shiny new bikes with no knowledge. learn the hard way :)
