This helps so much! I am making a Kasane Teto cosplay, and she has these arm warmers as well. I actually like when you use some simpler terms because I have a basic sewing machine and most patterns confuse me with all the abbreviations and complex terms since I am such a beginner! Now all i need to do is find a pattern similar to Teto's "shirt" and some boots!
Would Rin Kagamines Leg warmers be the same? (i'd love if you answered. (THANK YOU SO MUCH BTW it's my second time cos-playing and the first time i'm using a machine so i'm still nervous!

@Cassierolee a stiff and easy to work with fabric would be good. I prefer cotton or polyester

Hello there. c: Another great video.
I don't know if you've answered this, but how do you do an interlock stitch? I know what it is and what it does, but my machine just can't seem to get it right. ; u; It really screwed me over on my most recent cosplay. Thank you~ ♥

@MercuryAquaRhapsody3 sorry for the late reply. Not all sewing machines can do interlock stitch. it's best to check ur machine's manual to see if it can do that =) Alternatively, you can try burning the edge of ur fabric (ONLY for fabric w/ synthetic content) to stop frays
