  • Lemmy is the link between all things Rock 'n Roll.He grew up on early RnR,roadied for Hendrix, was the main inspiration for speed metal, was connected to punk and protopunk and NWBHM,played psychedelia with Hawkwind and Rockabilly with Head Cat,blues rock and was closely tied to the Ramones,Damned and Pirates(England's first RNR band)and probably a few other things including the Hell's Angels.

A Rock N Roll renassaince man for sure.

    Rock On Lemmy!

that what lemmy says... it's just Rock 'n Roll

  • @TheHumanpeople yeah theres too many bands forming in one place. its really annoying

  • Alright.... Cavemen beating on shit with other shit is the root of MUSIC.

Argument over. Now open a beer and listen to Lemmy.

  • Can't get enough of Lemmy! Categorization (that's not a fuckig word!) of music has been the splintering of what is 'MUSIC' I fucking love Motorhead, but I also listen to Debussy, Beethoven, jazz, etc. It's all rock'n roll to me!

  • Lifelong aficionado & collector here %") (Fuck me, I even played on some dodgy recordings in my teens.) Yes - it doesn't really matter if your field of interest fails to facilitate the distinction. Yes again, however - rockabilly is a genre per se, a pure one at that, open to crossover influences, with a lineage as sure as rock n roll's, not merely a spin-off. The truth is out there. If you're interested... If not........ So what!

  • hahahaha wow

  • spooge the douche STFU
