  • Great vid, i have overpronated ankles and poor core stability, i have been diagnosed as having piriformis syndrome and a twisted pelvis, i am determined to get better and strong again, i am wanting to start pilares once my pelvis is in the right place again and i have been looking on here for an hour now at wobble board exercises and yours is the best and most informative ive found, i am going to look up standing stability exercises as my posture is awful and in time get a wobble board. THANKYOU
