  • It's interesting to see how primitive and uncivilized these people still are. Do they have technology or education there? How about religion? What do these people worship? Are they like their African brothers and sisters?

  • kava is ok but its bad for your liver, mulungu is a great replacement it feels very similar and its like $5 an oz on eBay its a good deal

  • Re some previous comments. No, good grog (e.g. made from freshly pounded carefully cleaned Kadavu yagona) shouldn't taste like dirty soap water at all (though I've had plenty in Suva that does!). It should be a bit peppery and slightly numb your mouth and throat.
