@lookahere Your opinion has merit and it counts. Iconic images...yes. Broadway shows have always been a kiss of death for DWTS contestants -it certainly didn't do Bristol any good (Mark should have known better, but the slick production editing made it come off as if he were still protecting a "virgin" (so to speak). DWTS is like AI -always declaring a front-runner.

@bastet727 I don't think so. I really feel like Donny had been picked to be the winner no matter what. The fact that he obviously didn't dance better than the majority of the contestants and ended up in the finals, then went up against Mya who is a trained dancer and won?! I think Mya, or anybody else for that matter, didn't have a chance of winning it over Donny. Donny is an icon and I think the producers of the show took advantage of that for the ratings. Just my opinion.

Here's the question: IF Donny Osmond was allowed to not only DANCE to his own music and SING his own music while STILL COMPETING on DWTS...IF Dimitry had bothered to LISTEN to Mya for direction on their Freestyle (she said they needed "Vegas"; he gave her tired Broadway), do you THINK she would have WON if she revamped this song?
