To those that may wonder why Justin suddenly activated fly during 0:27 : he accidentally got himself in a guard break by jumping, using j.HP (which I think he was meant to do an air dash) and missing, putting him in a guard break situation. If he didn't activate fly, it was possible to hit Storm from the air. And Storm's downward speed is slower even when you're not holding the joystick up.
