The Authoritarian, The Physician, and the Escapee

This is my Creative Writing One final for school. It takes place in a dystopian society run by a man called The Authoritarian. Since we were only allowed to record a short section of it, I'll explain what happens before, and after, my recorded section.

The short story begins with a man named Xavier Scott walking to the school building in Territory One, the poorest territory in the New Order. It is told in past tense, with the narrator, William Coghright, saying that this was the man that changed his life.
The scene then shifts to inside William's school room, where the teenage boy is ranting about the New Order and how he was raised off of the literature his great-grandmother had grown up with and how the New Order lies to people, etc. Basically, he catches on to the New Orders lies very early on into life and doesn't like it one bit.

He is then called by his class supervisor to go to the basement, which contains holding rooms, interrogation rooms, and torture rooms. William gets nervous, but reminds himself he will be strong and one way or another he will escape, he will always escape. He walks into the room where a man is standing. Introductions are made, and the man, who identifies himself as Physician Xavier Scott, tells William the room is not bugged and that they may talk freely. After Scott tells William that he is there because his employer wishes to relocate people residing in territory one to a country across seas, William begins to get suspicious. Especially when the Physician says that he will test Williams mental state to see if he is capable of going on the trip.

That's where this video comes in.

After the part you watch/hear, the scene jumps to a month later, William explaining how his life changed while he was staying in the Government headquarters. He and Xavier go to watch the ship of children depart, before boarding a government train and going to Territory Ten
