Hundreds of UFT members took to the streets for the city's annual Labor Day parade on September 12, 2009. Braving the elements they marched up Fifth avenue wearing t-shirts commemorating the union's upcoming 50th anniversary.
September 12, 2009 was an extraordinary Labor Day Parade for the UFT. It was an opportunity for the United Federation of Teachers to celebrate its 50th Anniversary as a union of professionals.
To mark this event, UFTers were there en masse; and New York Senator Charles Shumer was present to greet the members along the parade route.
This bunch of piss gargling communists should be executed forthwith. Sing that Obama song, you pieces of anti-American shit.
