This sounds to me like the Jam & Spoon Hi-NRG Mix, from before the late 1990's, likely 1980's. Also, why do the sexy people in the video here have to all be women - considering title, artist and a notable disproportionate demographic of the Hi-NRG genre that includes the "album version" of Relax?
