Typical breakfast since I've gotten the blender. I've noticed that if the ingredients of the blend is not semi-liquid, an air pocket gets created and the blend will require tamping. So it's best to put some liquid in the smoothie, or ice, which helps mix the ingredients.

This smoothie is pretty tasty. I forgot to add ice in the video, but the ingredients

blueberries
frozen grapes
strawberries
kale
spinach
peanuts
kiwi

No sugar needed! If the bananas are not too ripe and sweet, that's all you need. I've been adding more and more greens to my blends, and the fruit sugars really help.

Also, having chilled fruit and ice really makes the smoothie tasty.

  • Loud and pathetic! Should I even buy this? If there are any chucks of leaves in my smoothie then all that money is wasted!

  • After having used it for about a month, my IBS has subsided significantly. I think the daily smoothie full of fiber has helped. Well worth the purchase if you use it.

  • I have one. Why Sid you keep pushing the buttons? I need to know.

  • @CoolasIce2, haha, I notice that you keep up with worn out kinard about Blendtec jars leaking on numerous Blendtec videos (read: desperate VitaMix damage control), yet only you and a few other trolls have ever stated such nonsense, and NEVER with ANY reasonable proof. Notice that no one else has mentioned seals leaking or bearings seizing up. That is because Blendtec jars do not leak. You don't have any credibility, and are a shameless VM follower.

  • what i see on every vid of this thing is if it has not been filled to the very top with ingredients it does that tossing thing! thats one thing i like about the vita mix, it runs smoother even if its not filled up. but for the price difference i will most likly get the blendtec, i can work around its flaws and use it for larger jobs only, and get a magic bullet for single serve. if fresh vigi and fruit are tossed like that they get really airated and oxidize.

  • lol...u forgot to put the soft fruits on bottom and the water...

  • Really? … who forgets to put water in a smoothie * FAIL *

  • Is that a 4" blade jug? Have you had any problems with the seal leaking and the bearing seizing up?

  • Just bought one. Is this the 96 oz jar?

  • Shut the fuck up next time

  • @jimiyodotcom Thank you, I think I am going to buy this brand but seriously! Does it have to be 400 - 500 fucking dollars! They aren't made by hand you know!
