My sister's name is Rachel. I used to sing "Rachel in the middle" over and over. Holy fuck I drove my parents and sister nuts for YEARS due to that cereal jingle!

When I was a kid, "Raisin in the middle!" somehow trasmuted into "Otter in a blender!" on the playground.

I actually took some out of the bowl and broke it apart like the commercial...and my mom promptly yelled at me to "quit playing with your food, boy!"

It was all the rage for about two years (and there was a Strawberry Squares that came out about a year later) but it sure didn't last long! And that music still sounds cool 25 years later!
