why are you doing this? If you have a "cold" then take vitamin D drops. If you are sick it's a lack of sunshine.

I just started doing this myself. I like Simply Saline because I don't trust my tap water to be sterile (even if boiled) and because all Simply Saline contains is purified water and sodium chloride.
You'll have an easier time of irrigating if you tilt your head only partially over, and put the spray deeper in your nose so that the bottom of the spout blocks the one you're spraying into completely. Don't sniff it in. It will go on its own if you hold it down and prevent leaking.

Get a SinuPulse far more effective and not so rediculous. Best unit out there for irrigation

dude,you're doing it all wrong, get a neti pot and some sea salt, especially organic sea salt. Way much safer. And read the label on that can for harmful chemicals. People out there, read what is on the package before putting
stuff into your body.....Its all about living longer!......Right.
