Just a little clip of me on my Trek District as i ride my Elite V-Arion training Rollers.
You see me mount, ride and dismount the bike in this 56 sec clip. Note that i have added a pair of Everlast aerobic steps on each side to bring me back to street level and make it safer to get on and off the bike. The District is a Gates belt drive system mounted bike. My current cogs are a 55x20 set up. The rear wheel has been fitted with a Tacx trainer tire. The rollers inertial resistance level is set at 0 for the demonstration. If you have any questions come and visit us the District owners on the District.com forum. Have fun and stay safe always on your bikes.

  • That's impressive!

I won't get a trainer either. Rollers are way better.

  • @uzisuicid3 Thanks i'm still learning got them only a few weeks ago got about 100km on it so far. Much more difficult than trainers especially on the concentration but way more rewarding and fun to ride once you get the hang of it, in my opinion.
