What you are doing is irritating. From this having the word "speaker" in front of every sub-element from the node "Speaker" people could assume that this is neccessary. Actually its not, and also you shouldnt blow up the filesize by doing this kind of stuff. isn't it enough to simply call these tags "Name" "Subtitle" and "Bio"?
Well but overall your tutorial is over the average quality of tutorials about this stuff here on youtube.
