  • The anticipation of holiday photos is a huge source of anxiety for me this season.

  • and that is why Dr. Johnny has come with free holiday prescriptions for all, get yours today in part five of this series! You are strong my dear, you will get through this. I know you well enough to know this.

  • I'm scared of the "oh, you've gained weight" comments. Trust me, these would be negative since I have become far too "blah/blah/blah."

What would be cool is if I could hear your comments, like "leave your doormat at the door," right as I'm about to go somewhere. As if you were a little angel on my shoulder to whisper encouragement when I need it. I hope you have an angel like that - perhaps God's voice - someone or something to get YOU through the holidays too.

  • I wonder if I could call you before OR mail you something to bring with you, I think mailing you something with words of johnny wisdom lololol might help you remember or atleast remind you of how much I love you. We have already established ourselves as holiday support buddies, want to swamp mailx with inspiration before thanksgiving hits?

  • speaking off, I still have your package to mail out from that one day at the post office where I left your address at home. omg need to mail it out sooooon

  • I hate having my picture taken but I am lucky that part of my job at work is to make life books for the people who I care for in residential care at a mental health hospital. I write about their activities and take photographs so I am always behind a camera at special occaisions. In two years they have only taken two pictures of me. Glad you like your picture taken you are gorgeous! Hugs xxx

  • Thank u, Johny. I appreciate ur soft approach for such things. That is very wise and very right.

  • I get treated like a doormat all the time. I finally cut all the people who treat me like this out of my life until I figure out what to do about it. I don't know quite how to communicate it to them. I love them, but I am hurt by them...and now I am lonely for the Thanksgiving holiday. Thanks for the post. Helps me think things through.

  • That sounds like a cool idea. :)

  • lots of great advice as usual, johnny! you obviously have thought a lot about this, and have given me loads of great jumping-off points for my own prevention planning. thank you!
