In any artistic expression what works efficiently, is for you & is tradition. Tradition must stay alive, fluid & adaptive to renew itself through space & time, that's a rule. Sure there are standards & let them be the classical postmarks to attain, then grow your wings & be not afraid of personnal genius favorable to make the experimental art field grow. What doesn't evolve dies even tradition. Diego, your approach to samba gives me the brazilian bateria street fantastic feel!
