On October 11, 2005 Kelsey Briggs died in Oklahoma from a blow to the stomach that was delivered by her step father. This wasn't the first time she had been abused by him, but it certainly would be the last. She was just 2 years and 9 months old. http://www.kelseyspurpose.org/ I did not make this video, nor did I know Kelsey prior to her death.

I agree, even the most gullable and nieve mother in the world would susspect that there child was being abused. I do not support Raye atall and whoever does is just is igronant to the truth, because the truth will always out weigh the facts.. and the facts are Kelsey lost her life because the abuse was allowed to continue.. Rest in peace little Kelsey you were so brave.

i love kelsy i would do anything to hear her sweet little voice for five minutes why would anyone kill such a pretty little girl? instead of ehr dad coming home to his baby he burried her. we love u kelsy and will never 4get u.

Poor little Kelsey. Screw her stepdad & Raye Dawn Smith. I won't call Raye a mom because she doesn't deserve it. Moms don't sit around and do nothing while a man abuses and eventually kills her daughter. Also screw anyone who supports Raye and screw the person who made the freekelseysmom website.
