One thing that is proof they are in jannah, is the birds flying around and on the ground. animals are never at graveyards because they can hear the punishment of the kuffar when they aebeing punishd in their graves. but now they are flying around peacefully Alhamdullilaah a sign for every true believing Muslim. May Allaah be pleased with them all ameen

@bandaeymurtuzahastam What I understood from translation of Quran is "Do not think that those sacrifice their life in the way of Allah as dead. They are always alive till Kayamat". Therefore if any follower of Quran by preventing muslims visiting graves of such living dead displays his part disbelief.

Shirk means that people called them ALLAH'S son,daughter, or any relatives (NAOZOBILLAH) which is not the truth. I have not seen any one like this. And waseelay say mangna is not shirk.The people who have real love in their heart can not be stopped. ALLAH karay kay MAZAR dobara banay or ab aisa banay kay kisi ki himmat na ho tornay ki.
