Good for you for trying. Probably at that point, taking away certain Rx's (ie, for cholesterol, bone loss), will restore some everyday mental functioning, perhaps reduce drowsiness, etc. Raw honey has minerals that might be beneficial, and certainly would be a treat1 Mom doesn't remember any of this, but for an hour, it was pure heaven. We do what we can.

I tried to give my grandma raw honey because it is so ggod for healing during sleep. The nursing home and my family laughed me out and said I was basically crazy.
