Know your EDM - Not every piece of Electronic music is Techno.

This video is to help people learn the difference between Techno and other EDM (Electronic Dance Music) genres. Sadly, the ignorant majority will classify any piece of electronic music as Techno. I could only cover a hand full of genres, and have left out a bunch of other ones. But I've covered the majority of the "major" genres in this video.

The only exception is hard house from 95-97, but even that has turned SHIT.

Imagine you're going to a rave and the host says that there will be Techno playing, and you go "oh perfect this is just what I wanted, some 140 bpm music with nice TB-303 basslines" and you get there and there's Electro playing? Come on.
