It can make you very depressed. Depends on the dosage though. Just google it and depression.

@Spyyko how much GB do you take, and how long before bed do you take it?
And no, I got some multi vitamin pills (only B vitamins, but each tablet includes 250mg of Choline Bitartrate) there shouldn't be a limit. :)

For those of you having trouble finding choline bitartrate I just wanted to say that it is used in Geritol liquid supplement.
