After finishing step 1 I got this sensation of fulfillingness, then somewhere at step 2 my dad came in and in my perspective spoke to me in a loud voice, I got enraged at this moment since he disturbed my energy flow turning all my positive emotions in to negative. I will have to re attempt each state again.

@NoGue2k I got the same sensations while doing this meditation...very HOT and my forhead hurts. Need to take a nap now too...very tired. I think that means its working!!!

@NoGue2k nothing went wrong, that's actually a good sign when you feel that pressure on your forehead. It's the sign that your pineal gland has been activated.

As i listened to this with my eyes closed, i kept seeing a ring of light that kept forming. Happened almost through out the whole video. Anybody know what it could mean? Or is it just nothing?
