Trying out various things here - flatline scorpio (not so good second time round), much more confident on the gemini now, still working on the butterfly but the near pole was so slippy tonight! For some reason the far pole was a bit stickier which is why I switched. I'm wanting to get a combo of gemini/scorpio/gemini/butterfly. Messed about a bit with a flag, from standing and from sitting on the pole. Still working on confidence with the plank and definitely the cross-ankle release, it's definitely not as controlled as it should be yet. Did a cross-knee release simply to prove that I could! Then finally spent some time learning the hip-hold. Started by learning where the pole should be in relation to my body, tried it from the floor, then from a couple of feet up the pole, then the rest is what you see. My thighs were glowing so bad you can see it on film!! I'm still aching and bruised nearly a week later but I was so determined to get it lol!
