The most fundamental movement on the advanced level of Crossfit is the Muscle Up.
Crossfit is one of the most efficient and effective methods of training and is 100% Spartan Muscle approved. Muscle ups require strength and technique to successfully complete multiple reps. This is Joseph Chavanu's first muscle up, after learning this, his workout immediately after this video consisted of: 5 Muscle Ups, 10 PowerCleans (135lbs), 100meter run, for 5 rounds. Joseph got all 25 muscle ups.
