I was an instructor in the School of America, and also trained many soldiers across Latin America in their own country. Also trained Los Tigres de Tinajita in Panama; and never saw anything close of what everyone is commenting here. Yes, there were many bad apples, but the great majority learned and applied to their countries to make it better in human rights. This whole thing about the SOA, is another scam to get money.

@DrMotorDude Maybe you don´t read good newspapers. The international court pley "guilty" on the United States for running a war and bombing Nicaragua infraestructure. US was ordered to pay 10000 millions dollars to Nicaragua. Of course, EU never paid, they overtrow de Sandinistas and make the next goverment "forgive", the penalty.
