Its getting so blatant and obvious and intense now, almost every day you can see the chemtrails being sprayed right over your head, over and over.

Today was another day of chemtrails and weird clouds spreading out, ending in total cloud cover and torrential rains, with the spraying still going on above.

I hear the jets going over now....midnight on Maui, no commercial flights scheduled, but there's no end to this madness. Do you see what I see, Maui?

U.S. NAVY TO CONDUCT MASSIVE ATMOSPHERIC EXPERIMENTAL TESTS

* Gunnery Exercises * Bombing Missions * Missile & Torpedo Firing * Underwater Detonations * Research & Testing * Vessel Sinking * Use of hundreds of toxic chemicals, like lead, mercury, tungsten, aluminum coated fiberglass (chaff), Airborne Obscurants like Red & White Phosphorus, fog oils, rocket and jet fuel emissions * Undersea Warfare Training Range Exercises (USWTR) * Mid and High Frequency Sonar Experiments * Both land and ocean exercises will use planes, drones, rockets and sonic booms * Other classified warfare testing experiments will be conducted in these areas.

Now the U.S. Navy has decided that these experiments are not enough and have added atmospheric testing to their test list. Once again the public has been cut out of the debate, given little or no warning, and there are no Congressional hearings planned for any of these warfare and atmospheric tests.

The U.S. Navy, NASA, and the U.S. Defense Department have made a decision to conduct one or more an atmospheric tests, in order to create an aluminum oxide dust cloud without the permission and for the most part, the knowledge of the citizens of the United States. These aluminum oxide particles will eventually return to earth polluting our air, water and soils. The tests may damage the various atmospheric boundaries that protect life on earth -- no one has any idea what damage this dust cloud and the testing on this dust cloud may do to our climate, agriculture, human health or the amount of infrared and UV radiation reaching the Earth."

U.S. MILITARY WANTS TO OWN THE WEATHER

"It is time to provide funds for application of the scientific method to weather modification and control," said Bernard Eastlund, chief technical officer and founder of Eastlund Scientific Enterprises Corporation in San Diego, California.
Eastlund's background is in plasma physics and commercial applications of microwave plasmas. He has outlined new concepts for electromagnetic wave interactions with the atmosphere that, among a range of jobs, could be applied to weather modification research.
"The technology of artificial ionospheric heating could be as important for weather modification research as accelerators have been for particle physics," Eastlund explained.
In September, Eastland filed a patent on a way to create artificial ionized plasma patterns with megawatts of power using inexpensive microwave power sources. This all-weather technique, he noted, can be used to heat specific regions of the atmosphere.
Eastlund's research is tuned to artificial generation of acoustic and gravitational waves in the atmosphere. The heating of steering winds to help shove around mesocyclones and hurricanes, as well as controlling electrical conductivity of the atmosphere is also on his investigative agenda.
"In my opinion, the new technology for use of artificial plasma layers in the atmosphere: as heater elements to modify steering winds, as a modifier of electrostatic potential to influence lightning distribution, and for generation of acoustic and gravitational waves, could ultimately provide a core technology for a science of severe weather modification," Eastlund told SPACE.com.

As example, Eastlund pointed to the High frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). This is a major Arctic facility for upper atmospheric and solar-terrestrial research, being built on a Department of Defense-owned site near Gakona, Alaska. Eastlund wonders if HAARP does, in fact, generate gravity waves. If so, can those waves in turn influence severe weather systems?

Awareness in Hawaii is exploding...here on our local public station - AKAKU channel 54 - theres a program called Truth & Justice and several Hawaiian activists have been on recently talking up the issue, & showing clips of the What In The World Are They Spraying? video. Dont know if you guys get that program, but check it out!

@SliCCydaviS The "public access" television channels have different names on the diff islands - AKAKU is Maui's one. You can access some of the archives online, but I had a real hard time finding this one program where they talk about chemtrails regularly. Cant even get the names of the hosts...

What is Weathershare about? I only found a site for california and elsewhere? Do we have one?

I KNOW what you say is true and The Gulf and Gulf Coast has now jointed in the ranks Of POWERFUL HAARP/ Electromagnetic Manipulation Centers. This was the purpose of the Oil Spill and whatever they have set up ,...It was the last step that needed to accomplish ..it has tied the whole together under their control. Everything that has gone before has be for this moment. Now , it begins... ENDGAME HAS ARRIVED!

@MauiSkyWatcher EXACTLY! We do not have to ALLOW it to be OUR ENDGAME...but I must admit I am scared! I do not like the odds or what I see---so many asleep or believing the lies.But no matter the odds or the # of those who fight with me , I will never QUIT or GIVE IN.

Igot a really good article tonight-- I shall send it a message-- I read it a couple years ago when I was quite naive . A friend sent it and it was perfect timing, made total sense this time and it is a good one to pass around
