A Jemi Story (Episode 28; New Arrivals)

Sel:(stares at the big puddle demi is sitting in)
Demi:(Yelling)WELL DO SOMETHING THEN! (stressed)
Sel:(eyes look like theyre about to pop out and calls the ambulance)
Ash:Demi, deep breathes in and out ee hoo ee oo ee oo okay?
Demi:Ok ok ee oo ee oo ee oo..
MrsL:Is everything ok i heard someone scr- DEMI?
Ash:her waters broke.
MrsL:have you rung the ambulance
Ash:Of course.
MrsL:Ok selena, you stay here and calm demi, ashley you come with me and get demis stuff&the babys stuff, John you ring joe.
MrL:(Evil smile) Ok.
(A couple of minutes later the ambulance arrives, btw joe lives a few doors down.)
Ash:(Carrying the baby stuff out)
Sel&MrL:(Helping demi walk out to the ambulance)
MrsJ:(Walks outside to see whats happening then sees demi walking to the ambulance) Diana! whats happening?
MrsL:(Puts the stuff into the ambulance) Demis waters broke.
(Ashley& mrs+mr lovato get in a seperate car and drive away without another word, Denise just stands there looking like she just saw someone fly and dissapear into the clouds. She runs inside and trys to ring joe, but hes out with a girl somewhere.)
-At the hospital-
Nurse:Ok Demi, your dialated [i think thats the word]
Demi:(Stressed&sweating, squeezing dallas' hand, her sister) Dallas where is joe! UGHHH!
Dallas:(Laughs a bit) so uhh how are yuh'?
Demi:People i dont know are looking up me, i dont know where joe is yeah im great thanks!
Nurse:Ok demi after 3 push slowly.. 1..2..3
Demi:(Holding dallas' hand)
-With Joe-
Joe:(Laughs) yeah so thats how that happened.
Vanessa:(laughs) same old Joe, so hows demi?
Joe:(sighs) i dunno, she ignores me and that doesnt help the fact that shes having my daughter.
Vanessa:Shes Pregnant? Omg! aww shes going to be super pretty!
Joe:(smiles) Yeah. (his phone is on silent&is vibrating)
Vanessa:So have you two thought of any names?
Joe: not really everytime i bring the topic up demi changes it, but she said she kinda likes the names like Hope, grace, summer all those kinda names.
Vanessa:oo- (frowns) do you hear that?
Joe:Hear what?
Vanessa:That. (stands up&starts to walk over to joes jacket) Oh. its whatevers in there (points)
Joe:oh my phone. (takes the mobile out his jacket pocket & answers) Hello?
Nick:WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?
Joe:Hey Lil bro my day was great how about yours?(laughs) What do you mean where the hell am i?
Nick:WHAT I MEAN IS THAT YOUR GIRLFR-(pauses) EX GIRLFRIEND IS IN LABOUR AND YOURE NOT EVEN THERE!
Joe:She what?! I'll be right there! (hangs up) Nessa, we gotta get to the hospital now.
-At the hospital-
Demi:(crying, sweating&trying to push) Dallas why is this happening to me? (sniffs&turns to the nurse) im 2 months early! why is she coming now? cant we just leave it and let her stay in here for another 2 months! this is not supposed to be happening! ughhh i need joe!
Nurse:Sorry miss, but your dialated now and its too late.
-With Joe-
Joe:(Runs out the car with a teddy in his hand and barges through the hospital when he gets to the maternity ward& sees a nurse then runs to her) Umm my girlfriend demi lovato has just gone into labour what room is she in?
Nurse:508
Joe:Cheers. (Runs& gets to the room& sees John waiting outside with demi&selena.) Where is she?!
John:(Stands up&walks over to joe&gets in his face then whispers) your not going in there, face it joe. its over. (gets out of his face&smirks)
Joe:(Raises his hand to punch john but hears demi scream then runs into the room)
Nurse:Ok one last push demi
Demi:(Freezes when she sees joe) Joe!
Joe:(walks over to her&holds her hand&smiles at her) you can do it.
Demi:(Pushes&the baby girl comes out)
The doctor & nurses start weighing the baby & rush her off to special care.
Demi:J-j-j-joe where are they taking our baby?
Nurse:(softly) theyre taking her to do some tests, shes so fragile and small because she hasnt developed properly
Demi:(gets teary eyed) is she going to die?
Nurse:We dont know yet, its early days. (walks out)
Joe:(wipes her tear with his thumb) shes going to be ok Dems i know she will (kisses her hair)
Demi:(Faintly smiles) why are you always so nice to me joe?
Joe:i dont know, maybe cause' i love you?
Demi:(sighs) but im always so mean to you, you dont deserve it.
Joe:its my own fault.
Demi:(innertwines her fingers with joes&looks up at him)
