I love 'em, but even with the PCCs the orange ones look like dinosaurs!

Just two comments about your video's of San Francisco. Very well done, and the other. can you just imagine the nightmare the painting staff has to maintain all the different paint scheme from the different trolleys from around the country.

Is that an arc underneath that PCC at 3:03 ?

I love the PCC. 101 from Washington finished their days in the city of Barcelona - Spain when the SF's network closed in 1962. Today only five or six still alive in poor conditions. What a shame!.

Great vids! A question for you: Did they ever finish regauging the PCC from Pittsburgh (PAT #4007, I think)? Last I heard, we sent it to you guys in San Fran so you could use it, but the axles were six inches too wide. I kind of wish that they wouldn't repaint it from the black and gold scheme, though (I actually rode on them when I was seven, on the Drake line before it was discontinued). If you see the Pittsburgh one, definitely take some videos. And do ride them - they are a treasure! :)

the pccs show here are from Philadelphia??? or from where originally?

Great video! The PCC's are my favorite streetcars/trams. They have a very nice design.

The olive green and the blue and yellow PCCs are MUNI's own PCCs repainted with their '40s and '60s era livery for the F. They used to run those on the other streetcars routes before the Metro Tunnel and the LRVs were in rolling force in the late '70s.
What is this PCC's??
