@paddyfin hitchens is,to quote the great Morrissey, the light that never goes out..he left a great gift to us in his duration here...wrote enough, spoke enough...we have a bottomless pit of Hitchens to read through....his life extends beyond his death, bc his life is his ideas...Hitchens has become immortal and then died

Greatly missed. A light has gone out and his like will not be seen again.

The interviewer asked Hitch about "comfort" that comes with belief in the supernatural...which is actually not just genuine comfort, but comfort mixed with fear of an absolute dictator.
