Agree - Janeway was the best (IMHO). Picard was good too, but Janeway added so much more depth to being a Captain...more humanity. The ability for this was three-fold....partly stranded in the delta quadrant, partly because she was female and partly because Mulgrew played the role so well (except for a few scenes here and there....lol).

r u joking? Picard can do and handle anything, and is the wisest commander ever !!!!

Although Picard is also very good, Janeway had to deal with problems that noone else had. I also think she's the best!
