I did not forget them, we all know about them On the flip side only very few i Russia know about Katyn. Perhaps more now than ever, but it took 70 years and crash in Smolens to have our voice heard. Yes, probably 20 thousand died in POW camp in Poland. Non of them was murdered with single shut in the back of their heads. Many more people died in whole Europe as pandemic of Spanish flu erupted. For your information, more people died as a result of Spanish Flu than during whole WW I

To All my Polish Friends: I am an Irish Republican, 57 Years of Age, and I am a Chief Engineer, working in the Offshore Drilling Industry. I was born in 1954, and as a Young Boy, my Parents told me about the Katyn Forest Massacre. I read non-stop about that Disgraceful and Terrible Rotten Behaviour by Russian Soldiers. Those Russian BASTARDS were nothing but FUCKING COWARDS. I have good Polish Friends, from Posnan, Gdynia, etc. and they have a good Irish Friend. God Bless Poland

@ILoveRavenc I have to agree with you , but i have to say , my old man was one of the german officers who had to go to russia , and they where seen as liberators from the stalin terror . I have original pics from russian people who welcome german soldiers with flowers and food.And these aint propaganda pics.They came out of my old mans old kodac .Many things what the so called nazis done prove to be bullshit nower days . And as you sayd , so many old morons in europe dont want to see that .

@wicky1flo please tell him it is important that he tells you all. Only that way you can understand what happened and tell your kids the truth. I am very thankful that my grandfather told me all about what happened during WW2 and what he had seen. That is what shaped my mind and helps me to be the person I am today. It also teaches you how Politics work and why. My gradmother always bitched when we talked she wanted to forget it but my grandfather was right when he said : People need to know !

@gkrolik my grandpa was there when the German found the mass graves. So I KNOW first hand that they did got shot. Stop telling lies. Truth is truth and we today need to tell the truth and do better!

my great grandfather was murdered there. i still have his letters trough out from the train getting him there and later send from kozielsk. my grandfather still can't speak with me about that and his years in syberia. too painfull.
