@ayrobo if I understand the song correctly, I think this video version expresses the nature of doing what "THEY" think we all should become or do. I assume it's an artist’s expression of shedding an external appearance (skin) that "THEY" think we should succumb to. I don't see the video as, 'getting naked', I bet there's a message we just don't know. Not sure she sold her body to the industry, just used it as an artist - after all - it is show BUSINESS. Just my interpretation since you asked. :)

If you guys think she stripped cause she wanted to you do not understand the song at all. all you see is a good beat and lyrics. What I see she is saying Sorry for all the things they did, while the stripping is representing the layers of bad things we do, so basically she is stripping off all the bad things she did. the space is just there.
