This is from the original black & white pilot episode, "Mr. Big" [9/18/65], where Max meets "Agent 99" for the first time, and also encounters an agent that would later be played by Victor French {"Agent 44"} in season one, and Dave Ketchum {"Agent 13"} in later seasons...
