SafeQuest is launched at Mater

In March 2011, Mater Health Services in Brisbane, Australia, launched a new organisation-wide safety program called "SafeQuest: for a safer Mater community", which aims to achieve zero preventable harm for patients, staff and visitors. Mater Health Services is committed to a mission to meet the health care needs of the community. That means we always seek to provide the highest standard of care, look for better ways to deliver health care, improve people's health and live up to our values of quality, commitment, care, dignity and mercy.
