Further, I saw Hideo (the stage production) when it was in my town. They used this song as the climax of the entire play. This. Song. It was beyond beautiful

I revisited this game over the summer after 7 years since the last time i played it. It still has the best soundtrack i've ever heard, and the game itself can still make me feel like a little kid- weep like one, too. The only other games that could do that were ffix and metal gear solid 3.

The calm and then sudden intensity in this song just sends shivers down my spine. One of my favorite songs. Too bad it's not longer.

if it werent for my friend who introduced me to Chrono Trigger and Chroono Cross, i woud have never come across such great story, great character development and great gameplay for both these games. but most of all its the fanatsic and memorable music the two have. DAMNIR SQUARE ENUX DONT YOU WANT MY MONEY? THINK ITS TOO GOOD FOR YOU? GIVE US CHRONO BREAK OR SOMETHING!

Regardless of whether you think Chrono Cross is a good or bad game, and even if you've never played it, this is still one of the greatest video game songs of all time.

This is quite possibly the greatest video game song ever. Definitely my favorite one, anyways. It always brings back a rush of nostalgia of sitting in my room getting lost in the worlds of various RPGs on the SNES and PSone. Good times, good times. :)
