This is pretty good except it would have been nice if it was also shown how that the bureaucrats are influenced by Global Corporate lobbyists.

The War Industry blood money, the banking industry that influences the economy and regulations and the health industry influences.

Both parties are controlled by Global Interests and until people start looking at HOW we are manipulated and controlled we will continue down to a dead end.

Actually Somalia's condition was caused by government. It's a collapsed state, a condition that can only be brought about by an abusive centralized authority.

Now more abusive, centralized 'authorities' are trying to impose themselves on Somalia. By doing so, they stifle any chances for an economic recovery.
